Myq coming up with not connecting to server try again

try to long into myq APP and it says the following not connecting to server try again I am connected to my internet hub is blue / green I have a android phone I have done the following reboot router disconnected myq hub I also uninstalled myq app and reinstalled still same message any other idea to fix? thank you

The blue and green is solid i noticed that if I shut wifi off the phone it works as soon as I reconnect wifi then it does not work

Yes you can thank you also just an FYI I tried to log into www.mychamberlain.com at home it comes up with Access denied (number) I just tried the same thing here at work and I was able to log in not sure why I'm have trouble when I'm home and no trouble somewhere else
