I wasted over 3 weeks emailing with chamberlain, because it takes them days to reply to simple issues of MYQ PAID subscription to GOOGLEHOME doesn't work for me.
During the last email exchange, HEIDI --previously would give me the generic message of UNLINKING and relinking the account. Well no crap, class 101 Idiot knows the try that.
So her last gem of knowledge was to replace the door sensor BATTERY!
Holy moly, that HAS to be the reason why GOOGLEHOME and MYQ doesn't work. So I wasted the $5 on again on a battery, and YES I REPLIED TO HER THAT was stupid this step is and has nothing to due with the issue at hand--but she said it would and can't continue until that part was solved.
Well of COURSE it didn't FIX it!
So I told her I demand my refund for a service that doesn't work-- she says fine, and to reply back with order number....
Guess what! When you pay for this service, YOU DON'T GET a order number--its just a generic receipt saying you paid, with INVOICE number. So I screenshot and sent it.....
no replies for a week, so I replied back again and ask whats the deal.
Some other rep says I've been talking to Heidi and said she will send it to her...
again days go by... I email again
some NEW rep Kimberly replies back with another generic message to call this 1800 to get refunded. AND has the BALLS to include a message at bottom to RATE her response to email, but "KEEP IN MIND" this survey is not to rate the resolution but how she handle giving me a damn 1800 and her performance in giving me the 1800 !
Seriously retarded beyond belief.
So I called, a literally your 1-800-323-2276 has over 6 menus to go through just to talk to some one!
And guess what her response was,
" refund what? MyQ is a free service!"
I said NO, I PAID $10 a year for your service with MYQ
she replies "No, you're wrong--we do not have paid service and that MYQ is free"
I said NO again and that I'm playing $10 for myq to talk to googlehome!
She THEN has the balls to say "Uh, well you need to contact Google!"
Holy Crap! what kind of people work for this company?!?
I said NO, I paid MYQ to connect to google!
She then says "No, look I'll connect you to the right department" and put me on hold before I can say anything else....
She kicks me back to the MAIN MENU!
I'm without a doubt MYQ is the stupidest company out there-- and yes I got BURN by PLASTC (all in one creditcard) and I'm not even as mad to THEM as I am at MYQ!
Seriously, why do yall just not give a flying care about customers? Do you purposely feel good about burning every bridge your members try and build with your company?
Day after day, people tell you what you're doing wrong and you just float it by.
I did give you credit for the free HOMEKIT, which was the right step--but again this is not how "The future of hometech and homeautomation" should be like....
So I'm just going to call my CC and chargeback--if i'm able to and tell them that MYQ is a fraud service.

My friend TODAY just asked me about wifi smart garage openers on AMAZON, his picks
1. MYQ
2. NEXX (yeah, I had to google to see wtf that was)
Even though NEXX was a $5-7 china SONOFF that they charge $99! for (OMG right???)
I told him to go pay for the unknown overprice box that should work and do what HOMEAUTOMATION SHOULD DO, then to pay $99 for a decent device by a crap company.
Thank you for anyone that actually read this whinny rant of mine. There are better choices out there, sometimes it's better to risk it all for something new than to continue dump money on a dead race horse (You will always lose that race.)
