MyQ API issues (I think)

Did the MyQ API change in the last few days / week?  I am trying to isolate where my issue is.  I am using the API for a custom application, and I am still able to read the status of the door OK, but I can no longer control it.  However, if I use the website to control it, it works fine.
Also strange, my one battery remote no longer controls it (stopped working at the same time), but all my vehicles using HomeLink still work.  My code is generating no errors.
This is the data I'm sending:

        Data.username = "username"
        Data.password = "password"
        Data.ApplicationID = "API_ID here"
        Data.SecurityToken = SecurityToken
        Data.MyQDeviceID = "device ID # here"
        Data.AttributeName = "desireddoorstate"
        Data.AttributeValue = parm(0)

EDIT: it looks like the app is giving me trouble, too.  Only the site is working.
EDIT2: if I keep attempting from the app, after about 10-15 tries, it performs the command.  
EDIT3: I took that knowledge of repeatedly pressing it on the app and did the same with my code and it works.  It took forever, but it opened.  Appears to be on MyQ's end.  If I leave the website up, I see my device randomly dropping off and coming back, too.
