MyQ alerts not happening

I have a CIGBU gateway and everything works fine except the history and alerts.
I can open/close the door with the web page
I can open/close the door with the ios app.
Whenever the door opens/closes via the app, remote or web, the app and the web page does show the door is opening, closing, open, closed.

I get no push alerts or email despite the fact the alert I programmed says I should.
The test button for the alert does give me an email and push notification.

I've removed and added back the app.
I've removed and added back the alert.

What else should I do to make this work.

Just got an two alerts today when the garage opened and closed and now it's not working again.  This seems like a problem in the Chamberlain cloud software.

It's day 4 since I Installed this gateway and I only received 4 alerts despite many openings and closings.

And it's also 4 days with no response from Chamberlain as to what might be wrong.

I'm glad I kept the packaging for the gateway.  I suspect it's going back to Home Depot.

Are you using "Logout" link in the MyQ app?  If so, when you use the "Logout" link in the app, the app will suspend MyQ push notifications.
Are the alerts you set for all times (24 hours) or limited to certain times of the day?
Did you set you alerts for "immediate" or for a delay (example:  alert after door open for 10 minutes)?

I'm not logging out on the MyQ app, though I would think that even if I did, the history on the web page should still show the opening and closing events.
The alerts are set for 24 hours and set for immediate.
The strange thing is that sometimes the notifications take place and the history is recorded.  Other times, there is no history recorded and no notifications.

I have no other ideas how to fix this.

Ken,

Email MyQSupport@chamberlain.com.  They can investigate the issue.  Provide your MyQ account email address in the email and a description of the issue.

I sent email to MyQSupport on 8/5, got no response.  Sent again on 8/8, got no response.  On 8/11 I reported the problem on the mychamberlain webpage.  This time I got an email back saying they'd respond in 1 business day.  It's now 1 business day later and still no response.

But, several hours after I entered the problem on the webpage, miraculously all my alerts started working without any effort on my part.  I'm not sure what's going on here but at least it's working.  I can only hope someone behind the scenes finally addressed my problem, silently without providing me a status update.

sometimes the notifications take place and the history is recorded.  Other times, there is no history recorded and no notifications.
