myQ Alert Changes Not Saving After Clicking "Save"

I recently successfully set up a myQ Smart Garage Hub MYQ-G0301. Everything works as expected as far as the operation of the door and the door sensor reporting open/close status correctly. The door I set up and programmed shows up in the online myChamberlain dashboard.

The problem occurs when I try to set up an alert notifying me of when the door is open. I'm able to toggle the option to "Alert me when the Garage Door is Opened" and I'm able to click on "Save" but the alert doesn't work. When I check the alert option again, the option to "Alert me when the Garage Door is Opened" is now un-toggled as if it had never been set.

I tried to set this using the myQ app on my iPad, but I get the same problem. The changes never get saved.

It's strange because it only happens for the "Open" alert, the "Close" alert is able to save just fine.

I tried to delete and re-create the alert and the same thing happens. I also tried to set it up as an app alert instead of an e-mail alert, but the same thing happens. I have several other doors connected through a myQ Internet Gateway CIGBU and those are all working perfect with alerts.

Not sure why this strange behavior is occurring, but from reading other posts from users having alert problems, it looks like this might be a server side issue. Can someone help me look into this?

Gordon, the first thing we recommend you try is setting the alert up on your computer. Let us know if that helps. Thanks, Chuck

Chuck, if you read my original post, I already tried that already. It clearly has not helped and I tried to do it on both the web interface and the iPad. I would appreciate some actual assistance and not just a canned response.

Yes, I have the same problem. The reason I purchased the MyQ was to have "Open" alerts. Ironically that is one of the alert functions not working. The other is setting the 24/7 option. Always switches back to weekly scheduling after saving. "Open" always toggles off when setting by iPhone or computer.
