MyQ 888LM door wall button was beeping, flashing yellow and red. now it has no lights and won't work. no response or email to my previous post.

Hello, same issue for me. Was buzzing and red and yellows lights flashing. I disconected one wire, but need to get it working again. I have 2 of these, the other still works.

So that is the solution? Have customer service call?? Isn’t there some troubleshooting or fixes you can post?

There are 2 capacitors on the 888lm's circuit board that charge up and act like a battery. It's likely they have gone bad and need to be replaced. It's about $3 in parts and 5 minutes with a soldering iron to fix. I just fixed mine yesterday.
