Hi Everyone, I too have the same problem. "No doors found". It seems thee new version of MyQ introduced in Oct '17 is not yet compatible with Wink. Very disappointing as like others I purchased my Wink hub and MYQ controller specifically because of they advertised comparability. I think eac one of us needs to cal bothe Wink and Chamberlin to get active "tickets" open so both see the magnitude of the problem and can get a fix in the next update. The more complaints the higher the priority. Too bad because both are good products. For those of you who can't wait, return your MyQ 301 and get the older 201. Wink claims that this version of MQ works.

I have the same issue. After removing and reconnecting the Wink will operate the MyQ garage door once (either up or down) then it will not respond. Have had the system working for a few years now, sometime this winter we started having a disconnect.

Thanks for getting it able to add! I have noticed however that status changes do NOT get pushed to Wink - ie, open/close.
Is anyone noticing this?

Any ETA on addressing the push notification issues? I also don't see the status of my garage door changing if I open/close the door using the door remote..
Any one seeing this issue?

Any idea on when will this be resolved? I am inclined towards returning this as WINK compatibility as it's advertised by Chamberlain was reason I bought this.

I can see the status of my garage door via Wink, however, if I attempt to open or close my garage door via the Wink app it just spins. The MyQ app is immediate.
I’ve disconnected and reconnected my account to no avail.

I was referred to Wink and Wink said it was a known issue on their end for my situation.
1 link door
2 door works
3 door works for x amount of time
4 door stops working on Wink but still works on Chamberlain
5 remove door from wink both as device but in settings to remove Chamberlain
6 relink myq
7 repeat steps over and over but door stops working

Same problem here. It worked flawlessly for at least a year but I've had to use the MyQ app for about a month now.

I'm having the same issue. It's especially frustrating because the Wink widgets don't work from the lock screen anymore, and it's 5-6 steps to get into the MyQ app to open the door. I wish Chamberlain would just add some Widgets to the app, or, better yet, enable some sort of geo-fencing feature so the door closes when you leave and opens when you come home.

I have had the same issue for months now and it still hasn't been resolved. If you remove the door and then add it back to wink it works for a day or two and then stops working again. Both companies said they're working on the issue but they're really slow to resolve issues I guess

Any update on this? I already escalade this to wink and forced them to change the status on their status.wink.com to partial

They both should stop advertising as being compatible as well.

They're not going to reply. I don't think they know what the problem is because I've been having this problem for months and months

I've gotten the link between wink and MyQ to work. I can see the doors and open and close them but its very slow and the status needs to be refreshed to get it to show correctly. If you don't refresh it just shows in process.
I still need to be able to figure out how to get my Echo (Alexa) to have the Wink Hub open and close the doors with voice command. Still stuck using the Ap. Any help appreciated.
