My q flashing green and getting error 309 in the app

I got the my q built into my garage door opener today and I got it all setup and it keeps going offline and staying offline. I tried setting it up from scratch again and same thing. It worked for a little while and stopped again. I made sure not ports are being blocked, rebooted my router/garage door opener with no luck. My router is only a few feet from the garage door opener so i know range isn’t the issue. Please help, thank you

I think i figured out the issue. My router has a smart connect feature where it automatically chooses between 5ghz and 2.4. I believe it keeps switching to 5ghz since it has a very strong signal and the MyQ unit only has 2.4. When i hooked it up to a different router that only has 2.4 it seems to be working fine.
