I purchased the my q garage door and installed the app. I set it up successfully and it's been working since February. All the sudden yesterday neither myself or my husband can see the garage on the app any longer. When we go to add it back on the account, we enter the serial number and name it, and keep getting stuck in a loop. It's been 3 days and neither of us can figure out how to get it added back on. Please help me.
