Lauren, is Chamberlain interested in winning me back as a customer?

I purchased my Liftmaster 8500 and a slew of MyQ enabled switches with the promise that the system would by HomeKit compatible. While I never joined this forum, I lurked here and there following conversations. Imagine how incensed I was when I read if I had joined the forum by 9/30 I would have received a free HomeKit compatible bridge. I had been reaching out to Chamberlain far before that. If you check with Technical Support, I reached out on September 18th about this very topic. I have case 20170918-353536. Om September 22, I provided Tony in tech support a screen shot from this very forum where it was a promised firmware upgrade.

Lauren, can you work any magic to provide me a free HomeKit compatible hub? You can see my dissatisfaction on every MyQ Chamberlain facebook post, but yet no one directed me to the forums for satisfaction. 

Would you be able to resolve this to keep a customer?
