Anyone seeing the same issue as Catherine Null able to confirm if they have two or more chamberlain devices in the app? I have one and that might be the only difference I can see
One troubleshooting step I would try is if you do have more than one device try removing all but the garage door then kill the app and load it up again
If it appears normal once again try adding one device back one at time to see if the issue comes back
I usually go to open my garage when I am down the street from the house so it's open by the time I pull in the driveway. The large icon was easy to hit and with one tap my garage would open. Now I have to wait until I am in the drive way because I don't want to take my eyes off the road to tap once to get the open to appear and then hit the open. And if I am in my driveway already, I can just use the button so the app is now pointless.
Someone asked for screenshots of the app with more than one device.
I have LiftMaster hubs in two locations. Both locations have several light units, though only one location has a garage door. I have a iPhone 7. I no longer can switch to a grid view. I only can switch from List Vertical or List Horizontal views.

I can scroll up and down. The items appear to be alphabetized by hub name and then device name.

This is the left page which contains the devices on the "Cottage" hub.

This is the right page which contains the devices on the "Londonderry" hub.
