Issuse with new App

The last day my MyQ app worked was November 24th before the latest update to the MyQ app was pushed out for IOS.  Now all settings are gone.  I had to reset my password to regain access to the app but my device configuration and alerts I set up are gone and the app just times out trying to add it in.  Here is what I've tried.

Reset MyQ device, verified it is getting an IP on my network

Removed and reinstalled MyQ app.  Gave me new functionality but unable to add in device

Reset iPhone. 

Attempted to add device back in on iPhone 6 and 7. 

Attempted to add device back in via SN

Attempted to add device back in via pressing sensor button and going through that process.

If I type the SN incorrectly, it immediately tells me the SN is wrong and to verify

Really at a loss here since the unit has work flawless for the last couple years up to this application update.  I've opened a ticket with Chamberlain but have not heard back. 

Any assistance would be welcome at this point

Issue resolved.  Even though the unit was online and visible, we ended up doing a factory reset on the device and then we were able to add it back in.  Support was good from Chamberlain.  Alerts are working as well. Replaced battery in door sensor as well since it was a few years old.
