IP address blocked, app useless now

Cannot reach services at https://www.mychamberlain.com/ via my home network.

This started happening a few weeks ago:

Iphone app is unresponsive, when trying to sign in, sign up or reset password.

Anything under https://www.mychamberlain.com/, including the top banner of this site show "Your request has been denied. [4582762963378923672]"

When connected via cellular network, these symptoms go away. I'm pretty sure my home IP has been blacklisted by whoever operates https://www.mychamberlain.com/.

I would like guidance on regaining access to the services that were part of the reason I made an extra investment to by a myQ enabled product.
Without easy access to my account I cannot be 100% sure my door is secure.
I've read several other posts about people being locked out like this. I'm definitely regretting my choice to purchase a myQ enabled garage door opener.

I'm happy to connect with a representative for details on this and path to getting it resolved.

It could be your ip or chamberlain is blocked by your isp

You could try contacting your isp to force a new ip to your home then if it’s just the ip it’s now working. It’s an range of ips it could be someone using your isp

Try running your public ip on https://whatismyipaddress.com/blackli...

You can find out who is blocking you and if your isp or chamberlain subscribes to that service

I had an issue with the 199.xxx.xxx.xxx iOS my isp was giving me a new one starting on a completely different subnet corrected the issue
