I just got my Internet Gateway today, and when I plug it in I get two flashes of both the blue and green light...and then they both go off. Plugging it into the router yields no action.

Lee - I apologize that you are having an issue with your new gateway. When the gateway is initially plugged in the blue and green lights blink and then when it connects to your router, you will see a solid green LED light. Since you are not getting the green light, we want to troubleshoot connecting it to the router. I have included some instructions.

Answer Title: Why won't my Internet Gateway get a solid green light (won't connect to computer)?Answer Link: http://chamberlain.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3365

Let me know how it goes.

I'm having the same issue as Lee. When the unit is plugged in, the blue and green lights blink slow twice, then fast once, and then both lights turn off and it looks like the unit is no longer powered. Tried different ethernet cables and router ports (Linksys WRT1900AC) with the same results. Please advise.
