Internal Error 500 is a General error, check your internet and if you use a router loosen the firewall setting on it to see if it’s blocking the traffic the Chamberlain needs to communicate with ththe internet on. Someone at Chamberlain should be able to advise what port it’s using

Ray, the internal 500 error can occur when attempting to add a device via the website. To resolve this error, please log out and then log in again via the website or mobile app to add the device.  Let me know if this does the trick.  Chuck
