IFTTT subscription LOST?

I purchased an IFTTT subscription from MyQ marketplace late October 2017. Yesterday, I was forced to delete and recreate my account due to email alerts failing. After I re-setup my account, using the same email address, I seem to have lost my IFTTT subscription. MyQ marketplace has no evidence of it, and wants me to buy a new subscription!! who can fix this?

been on the phone with support since yesterday. Spent 105 minutes today.
