I set up my q and goit is not registering on my phone

Rick - What error message are you getting when you try to set it up? Are you able to get the solid green LED on the hub?

Yea. Solid green. No message other then on app says not responding. Wifi is solid where Hub is located.

Here are some troubleshooting steps:

MyQ Garage (Wi-Fi Hub)
  • Ensure the following:
    • The device is within range of the Wi-Fi Hub, up to 150 feet (typically 50 to 100 ft)
    • The device is not stranded that is, presently added to another account. A gateway or device can only be added to one account at a time.

I got the same problem. The hub is solid green. MyQ app does not allow me to add the serial number.
