Hi thanks for the reply. I purchased the MyQ smart Garage HUB for my parents. I also purchased one for myself. I was able to set mine up with no issues. But my parents one I can't get the garage door opener to link with the APP

I was able to connect to the Wifi. That part works. The problem is when I try to program the opener itself. I push the red button as instructed and the app says trying 2 of 1 this could take up to 15 mins. The process never completes the program light in the opener turns off and the app says unable to connect your opener.

was there every a fix for this??  I have the same problem, and I have reset my garage door opener and it works if I program the myQ first but then won't take any other openers to be programmed?? I can't just have one or the other

We wanted to follow-up on your question. A couple of things: Are you trying to connect your opener to your myQ account? If so, are you using the Craftsman app?
