I can't delete a device from the App or the Website. Just get this error Error processing request (217)

I am having issues with MyQ after a power outage.  Not getting alerts.  Trying to remove the device and re add it to see if that will help.  Get Error processing request (217) when trying to remove.

Shannon - I apologize that you are having a problem deleting the device off your account. Can you send me your email address to MyQCommunity@Chamberlain.com? I would like to look in your account and see what I can figure out.

Still can't delete the device.  Removed the app and setup again.  Only get open alerts not close alerts.  Sure seems like this product needs a lot of work to be reliable.  Wish my installer would have listened to me and gone with the product I wanted.  This one is not highly rated and now I know why.
