I cannot log into the MyQ app on iPhone.

I am able to access MyQ via the web and I've reset my password there twice, but I keep getting an error message when I try to use the same password with the app. I have deleted and reloaded the app. Same problem. Error says "The username or password you entered is incorrect. Try again. (203)" 

Please help!

John, the main thing I want to make sure of is that you are logging into and changing the password at MyChamberlain.com/MyLiftMaster.com and NOT Chamberlain.com/LiftMaster.com - and as such the password you have setup is for MyQ.

Beyond that, please be sure you're entering the password correctly in the app.

If this does not solve the issue, please send me another note and we'll get this figured out.
