How do I enable or disable schedules in the MyQ account?

You can enable or disable schedules using the MyQ Home Control App or through the web site. MyQ Scheduling allows you to use the MyQ account to set up a schedule for closing the garage door and to turn on and off lights (with compatible accessory) at a specific time.


To Enable or Disable schedules in the MyQ Home Control App

Note: MyQ schedule will not open the door

  1. Access your account
  2. Tap the Action Bar
  3. Tap on Schedules
  4. Locate the Schedule you want to enable or disable
  5. Tap the slider to enable or disable the schedule
  6. Tap the Action bar
  7. Return to places

Note: Schedules by default select all the days of the week to run.


To Enable or Disable schedules using the computer's web browser

  1. Access your account via www.mychamberlain.com
  2. Scroll to Schedules
  3. Verify the name of the schedule
  4. Use the Slider to enable or disable the schedule
  5. Exit web site


To Enable or Disable schedules using the mobile web site

  1. Access your account via www.mychamberlain.com
  2. Scroll to Schedules
  3. Verify the name of the schedule
  4. Use the Slider to enable or disable the schedule
  5. Exit web site

Note: Email notifications are sent only to the email address associated with the MyQ account

There is no Schedules section to scroll to on the website. Has this feature been removed?!
