How do I enable or disable MyQ Schedule notifications in MyQ account?

You can enable or disable push or email notifications using the MyQ Home Control App or through the website.


To Enable or Disable schedule notifications in the MyQ Home Control App

  1. Access your account
  2. Tap the Action Bar
  3. Tap on Schedules
  4. Tap on the schedule you want to enable or disable alerts on
  5. Scroll to the bottom and locate "Notify me by..." and tap the slider for Push notification or Email enable or disable the alert
  6. Save and exit app

Note: Schedule notifications only confirm the schedule has run, not the state of the device. Best practice is to add an alert for devices running a schedule.

  1. Access your account via www.mychamberlain.com
  2. Scroll to Schedules
  3. Verify the name of the schedule
  4. Scroll to 'By Sending Me...'
  5. Use the Slider to enable or disable Push or Email alerts
  6. Save and exit website

  2. Scroll to Rules
  3. Verify the name of the alert
  4. Scroll to 'By Sending Me...'
