How can I synchronize the clocks on two B980 Displays

I have 2 Chamberlain B980 Door Openers in my Garage, the Controller button with display for the openers are next to each other, I would like the time to be the same on both displays,  it would be nice if the time could be set via the app or set to sync with a time server.

Setting the time using the menu on the controller will only allow setting the hours and minutes and when pressing done it does not set the time to the top of the minute so I could not synchronize the clocks by setting them both at the same time.

I was able to determine that disconnecting the controller wire from the GDO would reset the clock but I am not sure when the clock starts, I think it may be when I select change time. I temporarily disconnected the controller wire for each GDO to reset the clocks

I then tried to set the clocks by pressing the buttons on both controllers at the same time, after several tries I was able to get the clocks set to within about a second from each other and about to seconds from the actual time per the clock I used to set them. How do I set the clock more accurately?

Hi Kevin,

We looked into this and there is not a way the clock can be set to be more accurate with time but it is a possibility if there were two people setting both control panels at the same time.

OK, Thank you, I decided to set one controller to display the clock and the other to display the temperature.
