My home bridge is crashing. My HomeKit works fine but the bridge crashes even after I reconnect everything, I’m wondering if I have too many devices. Do you have need two home bridges? I’m getting 309 code. I have been adding light switches I have about thirteen switches and three garage doors currently I was hopeful to expand my system but at this point it’s totally crapped out.

My problem is that when I setup, the switches the odd one won’t push configuration to HomeKit or it’ll disappear, I can’t reconnect it because the server seems to be offline but it seems like a crash because the only way to get I back online is to delete and restart. This is a problem because last two times I tried I was missing switches that I setup.

I believe the maximum devices for a Home Bridge is 16.  309 seems to be a connectivity issue, try re-starting your modem and router. Also, check the DNS server on your network.

Hope it works!

I have it working, I put the three garage doors onto my old internet gateway and fourteen switches onto my home bridge. When I was hitting the device limit it was crashing the bridge.
