Why would you not want to know?

Privacy. Multiple people use the garage and I don't want a log of when people came and left.

Not sure we are looking at the same thing then. no privacy is lost based on how long it’s open or closed

Care to share a screenshot of the section in the app you mean?

Here is mine

Thanks, this is exactly what I mean, you have a record of open/close events, and I would like an option "don't keep a log".

Alex, thanks for the info. While there is no mechanism for shutting off the history of events within MyQ, it will self-delete after a point (history log is limited to 90 days or 2048 notifications).

Thanks,
Chuck

In meantime just clean the log out with the trash can every couple days.

But honestly it’s just logs if you only knew what is logged on computers and web browsers.

The logs don’t identify anyone so no privacy issues there.

The logs are not only there for your knowledge but also for technical support troubleshooting.
