Maybe your internet bridge is not connected to your wifi signal or the signal is too weak

Wifi is good all functions working except this. I read somewhere the disabled this function in some openers, just wondered if that has changed.

Mike, we offer a host of management and monitoring functionality in core MyQ technology. For users who want the specialized functionality found IFTTT and Google Home, we offer optional subscriptions.

Putting Google Home aside......when will the scheduling functionality within the app allow me to create a schedule? The packaging and such didn’t mention a subscription service to use this when I bought it.

Mike, I got my unit over a year ago and I believe my model has been on the market for much longer than that. Nothing has happened with the scheduling function in that time. I am guessing the safety issue of a garage door closing at a preset time is a debate the lawyers won over the developers. What I don’t understand is why Chamberlin won’t just reset expectations (or if they did I didn’t see that response). It may be that the original packaging/product description may have offered this as a feature and they want to avoid a return situation for failing to deliver. I am just speculating, as I long ago threw away the packaging materials. The product is otherwise reliable, not sure why they risk tainting the chamberlin brand by not being straightforward on this tricky issue. I think most people would understand if safety was the over riding concern. With young kids of my own I would. thank Chamberlin for disabiling this feature, if they deemed it a danger, even if there is only a low probability of occurring.

Only issue with that is they allow the functionality if you have the home bridge which enables it via HomeKit. Which worked for me for a bit until the garage door sensor battery had to be replaced and for some reason I can’t get either my opener nor bridge to sync up now in my account. I just haven’t bothered to open a support ticket yet.

If scheduling is a safety issue and they aren’t going to support it, then why not remove it from the app with the next software update? Why create the perception of it being allowed when it really isn’t?

I still have scheduling issues with the MyQ Garage unit. Everything works on it but scheduling.

Lauren,
Can you please define "shortly"?  I'm willing to be patient but I've seen this same response from you for every request for an update on this topic.  If an answer is not days away, I'm not willing to be strung along past the point of being able to return the unit.
Thank you,
Jeff

3 times now this morning my garage door has closed on schedule....  its it possible Lauren got through to her developers?   I hope so.  I really want to like this MyQ system, and overall, I do.  But I must have the scheduling.  Lots of kids in / out and many of times garages are left open.

Schedule on the Android App has been discontinued until further notice. Error 707. I have experienced this issue for a couple of years. It is a security issue. But like the post, then eliminate the schedule feature from the app.
