Google Home Setup Stuck

I signed up for the google home service.  Updated my home app - no sign of anything happening as far as MyQ is concerned.   Asked google home "ask MyQ if the garage door is open", it said it needs to be linked from google home app.  Opened the home app and there is now a new alert with a link to click and link my MyQ account.   I click the link and it takes me to a chamberlain website to login and authenticate/authorize the app.. I enter my credentials, click authenticate and the button changes and says "redirecting"  annndddd... nothing.  nothing ever happens. Ive waited >30 minutes and tried several times.

What am I supposed to do at this point?  Any help is appreciated.

Unfortunately, this is par for the course. Chamberlain didn't bother testing these integrations before rolling them out. They'd rather we pay for buggy, broke functionality than to delay their launch and miss out on even a single dollar's worth of subscription charges...

Dana, please try using Google Assistant to search for MyQ. I think that will do the trick. Please let me know if that works for you. Lauren

Ok, I'm getting some people with more expertise involved. Can I give them the email address associated with your MyQ Community account? Lauren

YES... not sure why im pointing this out, im usually a better person than this.. and im not looking for a pat on the back.. but, i guess i just wanted to point out that a CUSTOMER (me) figured out the whole "Open in Chrome" thing as i was on my FIFTH freaking phone call (and after 10 emails and 15 forum posts) supposedly working with a tech department trying to "find a solution) (Lauren? and maybe 2 or 3 others).... And not to totally bash Chamberlain for not figuring that out first, but other google home connections also required me to "Open In Chrome" for the authentication to go through... like some wifi outlets i bought. But Chamberlain has a much bigger company that should have had a team on that to figure that out in a day or two... life goes on..
