My garage is not attached to my house so when there is a 309 Error which I get almost every time... I can't then cycle the power to the hub. Sometimes it comes back on line and sometimes I have to restart my router which is otherwise working fine with other devices. Is there a way to use my old manual opener as an override?

Kenchy, you may want to get a Wi-Fi extender to ensure more reliable connectivity. You can also try moving the router closer to the garage.
Can you elaborate on what you mean by "is there a way to use my old manual opener as an override?" Remote controls should still work just fine (just because you have a MyQ does not mean you cannot se remote controls) and if you are having problems maintaining MyQ connectivity, having a remote control in the vehicle is probably a good idea.

I now have that same issue, it has been working fine for last year or more. About 5 days ago, it stopped--i've reboot both myq and homekit hub, as well as wifi router. I've removed the myq from wink and deleted app. Reinstall both and logged in.....
what is the real issue or problem?

Hi Chuck, tonight I got the 309 error again and decided to shut down and restart the phone and suddenly the app shows the hub online. I think the problem is with the app not the WiFi or the hub itself. I have an iPhone X, can you guys check this out?
