I recently had a problem with my CIGBU/C Internet Gateway after a power outage. It was not connecting to the Internet, so my remote app was not working. When I 1) connected it to a known good Ethernet port, or 2) cycled the power to the unit, both the blue and green LEDs flashed continuously and never stopped. I figured the unit had been damaged, so I replaced with it. The new unit behaved the same way. Would the be a problem with the control unit? If so, or if not, how do I fix it?
