I'm looking for an update about the Free HomeKit Bridge program. I purchased the HomeKit bridge as soon as it was available and before the announcement of the free bridge offer to community members. I registered for a refund as instructed, but have yet to see a credit as promised.
I received an email yesterday that my "FREE MyQ Home Bridge request has been honored and that we are processing your shipment." This was likely a generalized / form letter message, but I wanted to verify that I will be receiving a refund and not an additional HomeKit bridge. I apologize in advance if this is a repeat question.

Betty, the free MyQ Home Bridge units will begin to ship to eligible customers in the next week or two. The device can be purchased on the LiftMaster website: https://goo.gl/hgh4hv.
