False positive or intruder?

After 2+ years with MyQ, today I had my first unexpected open/close pair event, 11 minutes apart, while I was not home. Nothing was amiss when I got home later.

I don't know if it was a false positive or an intruder.

Are there any known issues today?

Is there a way to determine whether the door was opened through the MyQ app/service vs. other method (manually, via keypad, wall panel, rogue opener in the hands of some scallywag)?

I've seen lots of posts of false positives, but I don't know if this was one, and reading all the reports I find myself suddenly distrustful of the service and wondering if I should get a backup monitoring/alert system. Any pointers?

I was getting lots of alerts last year as well and went through support. They shipped me a new door sensor and I have only one false alert since.

The door sensor is incredibly sensitive so any wind or rattling of the garage door could cause the alert as it seemed on my first sensor. I also relocated the new sensor to a more solid part of the door very close to the rollers.
