failing to add myq to my account "That device is on another user's account. Unable to add (310)".

purchased a house with an existing myq door but fail to add it to my account - "That device is on another user's account. Unable to add (310)".
I submitted a ticket a few days ago but didn't get any response. I called the customer support but the waiting time is 50 minutes!!!!

Contact the Seller and ask to have the MyQ Door Opener removed from their Account so you can add it to yours.
