Heriberto, our team is currently working on a fix for this issue. For now, you can update the country to a country other than US or Canada, and it will allow you to change the time zone. You won't be able to change the country back at this time, but it should resolve the issue. Please let me know if you have any questions. Lauren

This did work for me.  I changed the country to Australia and then my correct time zone.  I guess having it in Australia or anywhere else doesn't really matter as long as the time stamps are correct?

It's not so much that the issue is fixed.  It's that the workaround allows us to receive email alerts with the correct timestamp.  I listed my country as Australia with the timezone as America/Los_Angeles.  I still cannot change my country back to United States.

MyQ Community members,

We have resolved the technical issue resulting in error code 000.  You will now be allowed to set the correct time zone, as well as enter and save your state of residence and phone number to your MyQ account. Your MyQ app will update automatically, allowing you to enter the correct info.

Let us know if you have any questions. We appreciate your continued patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
