I am having the same problem that the other 715 people are. My "Craftsman" garage door opener worked great for a few years then all of a sudden 60 days ago, it stopped connecting to my iPhone with the message "Error The gateway or hub is offline. Please check the power and network connections (309)". I don't have a Hub. The gateway is not offline. So there is no other offer of assistance in the help portion of the app. My email is SBrownJWT@Yahoo.com (also my account name).
