Error processing request (A102)

My garage door opener worked just fine the first week. Then it suddenly stopped working. So I tried to reset my gateway and install the device again, but now I have got a problem when I try to add a new device. When I press the "Add" button on your web page the wheel starts spinning for about 3 seconds then it stops and this error message pops up:

"Error processing request (A102)". 

Thankful to get some advice on how to fix the problem as soon as possible.
