Error logging in?

I just created an account and got the confirmation email but the app won't log me in.  I get an "the username was not found or is locked out (204).  Help!

You can try the "Forgot Password" feature on the login screen of the app to reset the password and login to the account. If that doesn't work, feel free to send an email to myqcommunity@chamberlain.com, and we can exchange account information and look into this for you!

I have the same error and send email to technical support. 7th time doing the confirmation of the account and not sucess....this is frustrating.

Koo Chung, thanks for the info. This error commonly occurs if the email address was entered incorrectly, in which case, you need to verify you are using he correct email address and try again. 

If necessary, use the MyQ Home Control App or website "Forgot Password" options to get a new password. (http://bit.ly/2nn2Wsn)

Hello Sorin,
I am sorry to hear that you are having the same issue. I checked to see if we have received your email and we have not. I looked at your account and I am not showing that your account is locked, were you able to resolve this issue already?
