Error Code 302

Has anyone experienced this?  Bought brand new, serial number is both the same on the manual and the MyQ hub.  Followed the instructions, connected to wifi, I have a solid green light, downloaded the Chamberlain app, put in my serial number to add my hub and I get:

That brand of gateway or hub can't be registered to your account. Check the serial number and try again (302)

Serial number is correct, and I am using the Chamberlain app, not Liftmaster or Merlin.  I've tried via the app, and the online dashboard.  Both the same result, any insight would be great.

Hi Chuck,

Thank you!  We were able to get it resolved.  I had all the right apps, but when I FIRST created the account, I had done it under the Merlin MyQ app,which I later deleted because I realized it was the incorrect one.  I downloaded the Chamberlain app, but since I created the account with the Merlin App,it assumed I was in that region.  Deleted the account under the Merlin website, created under the Chamberlain website, and everything works perfectly!
