Error 311 solid green light

Hello, I am trying to setup the MYQ garage, I have followed the steps to connect to WiFi, I have a solid green light and can see it connected In my network but when I put the serial number in the app I get erro 311 - device not connected to internet

This is bullshit.
I actually went out a bought 3 additional units.
ALL gave me the same error messages.
I called up to support, and no luck. I keep getting that stupid 311 Error.
This is so damn frustrating.
I feel scammed.

I returned mine and gave up. Support was useless and chamberlain is aweful. I have posted on many SmartThings boards in regards to this issue but will never buy another product from chamberlain

Just an interesting note.... last month, when I called chamberlain about this, they told me that I have a defective unit and sent me a BRAND NEW hub!
That didn’t work either. Same message.
Got 2 more hubs..... same shit!
No help what so ever.
