error 309

We install our garage door back in May and everything has worked great up until this past week or so. We've been using the app as our garage door opener, but lately we've gotten error 309 cannot connect to hub. I've been connect to my wifi from outside my house trying to get in so I know my wifi isn't down. I've disconnected and reconnected the opener to my wifi multiple times, and the app will work for maybe an hour afterwards and then the error pops up again. I've restarted my router and cell phone. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it. Is there something that I'm missing?
