Error 309

I am having trouble adding my garage door opener. My Internet Gateway has a solid green light and I have added it as a Place on the app. When I try adding the serial number for my garage door opener I keep getting error 309. I've cycled the power off and on for both the gateway and the router and I keep getting this error message. Any help would be appreciated.

Kash - I apologize that you are having an issue with your gateway. When the gateway has a solid green LED and is giving you the error that it's not connected when trying to add the serial number, the issue is generally that incorrect serial number is being entered. What I have experienced is number 1 and the letter f are two digits that get confused when entering the serial number. If you confirm that you are entering the correct serial number, please send me a picture of the serial number to MyQCommunity@Chamberlain.com

I'm having the same problem as above.  Light is green, can't add any devices.  I have sent picture of serial number to address above.
