Error 203, cant log into garage

I have set up the gateway, a Chamberlain MyQ garage (MYQ-G0201).  I was able to get the steady green light and connect to wifi.  Downloaded the app, created an account, and then i have been unable to proceed.  It tells me a 203 error, invalid username or password.  So, i do the forgot password, and a new password is emailed, use it, still same error.  try a different computer, still same error.  try again, reset password, new email, same result.  so i start fresh, whole new account, new email addy, all of it.  go to sign in, smae result.  I have now used 3 different android devices and 2 windows computers, even internet explorer vs google chrome, all same result.  

I WILL return both of these piles of crap if i cant actually use them.  ive only installed one at one house for now, but so far its been hours wasted and a complete failure. 2 x 130, 260 wasted.

no matter what method i use, cut and paste password from email, hand type, any of it, all end in failure code 203.  is the site down or something?  There is no possible way im getting the email or password wrong.  doesn't work in the app either.

I vaguely remember when I first got mine that you can't set the password either on a smart phone or a computer.  Try to do it from your computer and IE.  Let me know; I'm curious to see what happens.

I apologize that it is not letting you sign in. Can you reply to MyQCommunity@Chamberlain.com with your email address please, I will need to check the status of your account to make sure everything went through properly when it was originally set up.

Has anyone resolved this issue? I just got a new myQ and having this issue. Can't believe these guys can't get authentication right.

Shashidhar - Generally the issue on this is that the account requires an email verification. If the link within the email we send it not pressed, the account will not be activated. If you would like me to check your account, please email me the email address you set up the MyQ account with at MyQCommunity@Chamberlain.com

FYI - the customer service identified the problem. You need to create an account on mychamberlain.com not chamberlain.com
