error 203

I go to the mychaimberlain page and create an account and it says it's successful and to check my email to complete the registration.  I check the email and follow the link to the login page.  I enter my email and password and I get this error message... The username or password you entered is incorrect. Try again. (203)  The login and password I entered are correct and I keep getting this error.  So I click on forgot password and they email a code to key in.  I keep getting the same error message even if I use their code.

I also used a different email address to try and create a different account with the same results.  It's like the website doesn't work.

Mike - I apologize that you had an issue logging into your account. Did you get the email verification email? In that email is a link activate the account. You should then be able to log in. If you didn't get the email or if that doesn't take care of your issue, please email me your email address to MyQCommunity@Chamberlain.com.

Has anyone resolved this issue? I just got a new myQ and having this issue. Can't believe these guys can't get authentication right.

Do you like how they asked if I got the email verification when I clearly stated that I followed the link in the email? Frustrating that it happened to you on the weekend like it did me. Now you get to wait until Monday to call when they'll act surprised that it's not working. Great product, poor interface. On a positive note, it works flawlessly now.

Sorry I missed that in your email. It does clearly say that you clicked the link. I am glad you were able to call in and get assistance with this.

Did you click the link in the email? With that all you have to do is enter password.

Meazz1 please read the thread thoroughly before responding. This same complaint keeps popping up because there is a glitch in there system. I tried opening 2 accounts with 2 different email. And yes I clicked the link both times.

Also, when I try the 'forgot password' option, I get an email with user name (my email) and an empty temp password. I think they have a bug even in the password reset process. And I did get a mail confirming my registration is complete. And I can sign in from my laptop using a browser.

I can't believe this post is two years old and they haven't fixed this issue. I am experiencing the same problem but it only happens at my work. Somehow the internet at my work or the wifi settings are not "compatible" with chamberlain. As soon as I get home and try it using my wifi it wors OR if i am at work and turn off the wifi and just use my cell phone data it works as well... There is something at work causing the issue and I cannot figure it out. And NO, chamberlain website is not "blocked" I can see the login page and enter my log in details and just get that (203) error. Frustrating! If my garage door gets opened while I am at work I can't get a notification unless I turn my wifi off!

I tried all that, seems like my IP address might be "blacklisted" on the mychamberlain.com server.. Any way to fix that? Everytime I try to go directly there I get this message:
Your request has been denied.
