Error 101 too many failed attempts

MyQ app showing error code 101. Please help as I have no idea how to reset or get my Q app to work It is an issue on all my iOS devices

Hi Derek,

Thanks for reaching out to us. We were able to check on this for you. We are seeing this error on iPhones and iPads. To resolve the error

1. Logout of the app and then back in. (To log out: Tap the menu bars (upper left) > Account name (bottom of menu) > Logout)
