Email notifications stopped working

I have a HD950WF garage door opener that I installed in Jan 2016.  It has been working exactly as advertised until the end of March 2017.  I still get push notifications on my phone, but the emails have stopped.  I can TEST the notifications online and get an email, but it will not send emails when the door is opened or closed by any method.  I've checked my spam folder and they are not being redirected.  Did something change in the system a few days ago that would prevent the emails from being sent?

While I'm here, it sure would be nice if I could get the push notifications sent to more than one phone.  Both my wife and I would like to get the phone notifications (particularly since the emails are not working and take an extra step to check).  I don't see any way to add a second phone number to the account.  I saw a tread on multiple users, but don't see that functionality yet.

How do we get somebody from Chamberlain to reply to these issues?

I am similarly shocked and disappointed that despite my pursuit of an answer to the exact same question, there has been ZERO response beyond a boilerplate email that did not address the question at hand.  Very disappointing.  RJM
