Email Alerts not functioning

Within the last few weeks my email alerts (advising that the door opened/closed) stopped functioning.  I am able to get alerts through the Android App via push, but email does not appear to be working.  No email are in my spam.  Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Aaron, have you checked the app or website to see if the alerts are enabled to send an email notification? If not, try this guide: http://bit.ly/2GVtVnE. To check if it's working, operate a device to see if you get an alert. Another guide that may be useful is this: http://bit.ly/2C2UR1c. Let us know if you that works or if you need additional support. Thanks, Chuck

Tech support sent me an email that my account (for some reason) was not upgraded with the servers a few weeks back.  So, I had to delete my account and reinstall it and all my devices.  Everything seems to be working now.  Thanks for the prompt response - technical support was right on top of this and I appreciate it.

Rob, have you tried the two troubleshooting articles above? If these didn't help, please send me another note and I'll put you in touch with a customer support agent. Chuck

I am having the same issue and I have followed the 2 articles.  I get notifications if the app is running but I do not get email notifications at all.  Is my issue the same as Aaron's or how do I get this checked ?

FYI - for what it is worth...
I had the same problem. I checked the batteries, they were good. I have 2 doors, so I had the same issue with both. The problem was with both the Website control and the Android app control.  I can remove and set a new alert, if I press the TEST button in either the Web and Android app, I would get an email. If I operated the door(s), no email, but an app alert.
So as painful as it was, I deleted the account and set it back up. Yes I had to reprogram the door(s), I have 2.
Email now works.

I did all the same and it still does not work.  I completed deleted everything and started from scratch including the re-programming the doors and with the App I do get push and email but even if I leave the app open and the door opens I get the push but NOT the email.

I did the exact same thing as the both of you did and it is now working.  You think it would have been simple for Chamberlain to notify its customers of the change instead of making them jump through hoops only to find out it was them that caused the problem.

Thanks to you all for your help.

My email alerts stopped coming after January 30, 2018.  I tried toggling the settings and saving them.  I tried deleting the alerts and creating new ones.  Despite being able to get the test emails as others have stated, I could not get the live email alerts.  I emailed support and was assigned case # 20180221-641393.  No response.  Deleted my MyLiftmaster account and set it up again.  All is working.

This is just piss poor communication on Liftmaster's part.  If you are going to upgrade accounts that materially affects the functionality of everyone's Internet connected systems, you should 1) inform everyone; and 2) figure out a solution that requires the least amount of user intervention.
