Hello Eldon, per UL regulations, we do not recommend MyQ on single panel doors. The travel of the door and areas for requiring safety sensors are different for single panel doors versus sectional doors. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

My single panel door is not connected to those safety sensors, is it posible to use this unit?

Eldon, single panel doors are not compatible with MyQ devices. Regardless of the safety sensors connected to your unit, it is not recommended by UL to use unattended (remote commands via a app) operations of the door if it is a single panel door.
