Devices disappearing

Over the past few days I'm being forced to keep re-pairing my devices, specifically lights switches?

I had to pair them yesterday and again today?

Being new to the Chamberlain suite of connected devices, I'll have to say so far I'm less than impressed.

Again, this morning my light switch has disappeared from my myq account. Off to resync it.........again

I've owned my switches for 2 years. Up until a few weeks ago, they were awesome! But now? Not so much. I am about to uninstall ALL of them and move to a different product!  This SUCKS!

I seriously must have bought these at the wrong time.  all the reviews I read said these were great, and of course, I buy them and they chit the bed.  hopefully chamberlain will get their act together.

This started happening to me over the past 2 weeks or so. I can remove and re-pair the device without an issue, but the app (android) won't send signals manually or via schedule now. I was able to sometimes get it to go through manually when this started happening. I've had these switches in place and on schedules for over 18 months and hadn't had any problems at all. 

I see an update was made to the app on Nov 12, but I know the issue started before then. I'm going to see if I can roll back the app to an earlier version. Also going to look at a full reset of the MyQ system.

I have a friend that has many switches and he is having no problems at all, manually or using the schedule. The only difference is that he has an 819LMB Home Bridge. So I bought a new one on eBay and I'm going to see if this fixes my issues. Fingers crossed! This bridge is also compatible with my Google Home Mini's, so that will be a cool new feature in my house.

Strange, I have two 828lm bridge units (in two different locations) with several light and wall switches and have not had any issues.

I've returned my switches and gone another route... All in all, the app is just too clunky. Looking for something that runs smoother and is more reliable.
