Could they FINALLY be listening to our concerns about broken promises?

Twitter response to my tweet to JoAnne that its sad that they promised free HomeKit upgrade, and now are trying to sell it with a coupon that barely covers ground shipping.

And those they say that its Apples fault, Apple has dropped the hardware chip requirement, and now just requires software encryption for HK devices. So while a "chip requirement change" a few years ago could have been a delay reason, that shouldn't be a concern now.

Response from Chamberlain:
"We are listening to our customers and actively working to address their concerns. We will have more to share soon."

I Know this is not related to home kit but this is my experance with Chamberlin in the last two weeks.

 Im a IT Tech very up to date on all wifi
connection's on systems. I have two HD950WF just put them in. the funny thing the first one
connected to wifi fine.  The Second one i put in wouldnt but after working on the second the first one went out, now both wont hook up to wifi..   Also before i got these two openers I got a MyQ garage door opener the one that is a unit that attaches to non chamberlin garage door openers and guess what.,,, It hooked up to my wifi fine no problems but when I took it down and put up the two 950's as i said above no wifi but one once.

Also I called customer Support a week ago went through some trobule shooting no luck the teck said he would have a supervisor call me to futhur investigate the problem,no body call back its been over a week????

Also no luck registering my serial number on both units on web site??
the teck couldnt find my serial number listed even after i gave it to him??

I finaly called back on saturday and spoke to a tech for over an hour we couldn't get the wifi to connect  he said some one would call me monday he emailed me and stated that he would go to level 2 in the email. No one ever called back by the end of the day Monday.   As i stated above I waited a week the first time.  Ive even went into my router settings and opened ports that ive read that chamberlain uses to access the router. I'm a IT Tech so I know wifi systems still no luck... 


3rd message

Just an update now my wall panel has craped out it says (Press the Push Bar to activate control ) See users Manual, Ive looked from top to bottom no information
in the manual about this error. Now the wall control wont work just the remote openers?? I looked across the internet and some one said you have to replace the wall panel board to correct ???  Also Its wednesday and no call back?
