If you are having difficulties connecting your MyQ Garage to your
home Wi-Fi network via the iOS Bluetooth method, here are some other
methods to try:

To Retry the Bluetooth method on your Apple device:

  1. 1. Go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone
  2. 2. Locate and select the "MyQ-nnn" and "Forget this Device"
  3. 3. Repeat the process for "Apple Devices" from the Quick Start Guide (Please make sure that your phone is connected to your home Wi-Fi network in step 1)

You may also try the "Android and All Other Devices" method in the Quick Start Guide or your router's WPS method.

If you are still not able to connect your MyQ Garage to your home Wi-Fi network, please check your security settings on your router. For further help, please contact June, the MyQ Community Specialist, at myqcommunity@chamberlain.com. You may also create a conversation on this site to ask for help.
