Connecting 2 smart door controls

I have a triple garage with a man door to the house on one side and a door to the outside on the other. Mounting the door control on one side near a man door doesn't activate the motion sensor to turn on the lights when past the halfway point of the garage. It would be nice to have control and sensors on both walls, for security and convenience. If I buy another smart control, will it work if there is already 1 smart control wired to the opener?

See the garage door opener's manual as to how many wall controls can be connected to the opener.  Most of Chamberlain's openers allow for at least wall controls.  Some opener models will allow up to four specific wall controls.

It didn't show how many it being the new controller with menu settings and temperature. It's different than the old wall controls where it only operated door and lights
